The Lowry Design Review Committee considers proposals for new or large redevelopment projects in the Lowry community.  The meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) offices on the Boulevard One development site, on Lowry Boulevard just west of Quebec.  Meeting agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.  If you have questions about the Lowry Design Review Committee, please call the LCMA at (720) 583-5262.
