Are You Part of a Sub-Association?
If you are a homeowner in “legacy Lowry” (the part of Lowry that does not include Boulevard One), you are a member of the Lowry Community Master Association (LCMA). Your LCMA quarterly dues cover, among other things, maintenance and upkeep of public spaces, parks, and neighborhood monuments, care for over a thousand trees, alley maintenance, and the events the LCMA holds throughout the year.
If you are paying monthly assessments in addition to your quarterly LCMA dues, you are very likely also part of a sub-association.
How do I know if I’m part of a Sub-Association?
- You pay monthly HOA dues.
- You live in a townhome, condominium, or other attached or multi-family building (although there are single-family home sub-associations in Lowry).
- The landscaping around your home is maintained by a landscape company that you didn’t hire.
- You don’t ever think about turning the sprinklers on or off because someone else does that seasonally.
- You may not be responsible for replacing your own roof, windows, and/or painting the exterior of your home/building (this is usually not the case for single-family home sub-associations in Lowry).
In case you have lost track of who your subassociation is, the LCMA has put together a helpful list of contact information, viewable here.
