LRA

The Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) is a quasi-governmental, nonprofit entity created by the cities of Denver and Aurora to redevelop the former Lowry Air Force Base. The LRA is the master developer of Lowry, with responsibility for any new development, including land planning, engineering, environmental cleanup, parks construction and sale of property to residential and commercial developers.  Currently they are working on the development of the Buckley Annex, one of the last undeveloped parts of the former Lowry Air Force Base on Quebec at 1st Ave.
