If you begin the covenant enforcement process with the LCMA or any other HOA in the state of Colorado, you will receive multiple contacts with the same information. This change was brought on by Colorado House Bill 1137, which was signed into law in 2022. This law requires the HOA (in this case, the LCMA) to contact the homeowner by certified mail and one other method of contact, such as USPS first-class mail, email, or text.
