Lowry United Neighbors will be meeting on Thursday, May 15th 6:30-8:30P at the Village at Lowry, 150 Quebec St., Denver, CO 80230 to discuss the following with representatives from Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman’s office:

1.  Vegetable selling as a home occupation (coming up for vote in June at Council)
2. What, if anything, Denver should do regarding the proliferation of short-term rentals of residential properties, such as through www.airbnb.com – lists about 1000 in Denver, www.airthc.com and www .vrbo.com – lists 207 in Denver.   Councilwoman Susman has established a special City Council committee to study the “sharing economy,” including such things as shared cars and shared residences.
