Log in to MSI's online payment portal
1. Go to https://msihoa.com/
2. On the upper right side of the page, click Homeowner Login
3. The Homeowner Login screen will pop up with a search bar. Type in “Lowry” and select “Lowry Community Master Association.”
4. Register for an account with FrontSteps if you haven’t yet.
5. Once you are logged in, click “Get Started”
6. From the Dashboard, go to “Quick Actions” on the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select Payments.
7. Your current payment due will show up on the right-hand side of the screen, and you can click the “Review and Make Payment” button from there.

To sign up for automatic debit of quarterly LCMA dues payments from your checking account, fill out the ACH Form and mail to the address on the form. Quarterly LCMA dues payments are automatically debited between the 1st and 5th of January, April, July and October.

You can check the status of your account at any time via the homeowners’ portal. Logging into the MSI portal will give you access to your dues history and statements, as well as LCMA member information like financials, resolutions, committee documents, etc. If you have not previously registered with MSI, follow the steps above to create an account.
