Per City of Denver ordinance, any vehicle that is inoperable or lacking current registration may not be stored in the driveway or on the street; inoperable vehicles or vehicles without current registration must be stored inside a garage and not parked in a driveway, on the street, in an alley or adjacent to an alley.    A vehicle is considered to be “stored” when the vehicle is parked and remains unmoved for 30 days.  Tire chocks on vehicles are not permitted in driveways.  Vehicle covers must be maintained in good condition, free of holes or fraying material.

Street parking is enforced by the city of Denver; please note that city ordinance prohibits the street parking of a vehicle, camper, boat, etc., for more than 72 hours.
