“Historic Murals” located on the back wall of Albertson’s at 2nd Avenue and Roslyn.  Two large flight themed murals add historic feeling to the area, they were painted by highly regarded local artist  Steven Altman in 2006. One showcases a plane from the Army Air Corps era at Lowry and the other is from when the base was Army Air Force after 1948. Curated by the Lowry Foundation.
