Notice of LCMA Budget Ratification Meeting and Annual Meeting
It’s time once again for the Lowry Community Master Association’s two yearly meetings–the Budget Ratification Meeting, and the Annual Meeting. The two meetings will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, December 2. The Budget Ratification Meeting begins at 6:00 pm; the Annual Meeting will follow immediately after.

All Owners will attend either via videoconference or telephone as described in the registration confirmation email. Due to the large size of our community, we are asking for residents to please pre-register by Tuesday, November 30th, 2021.
Budget Ratification Meeting: The proposed 2022 Operating Budget is based on assessments for the Association increasing from $68 per unit per quarter to $90 per unit per quarter. For those owners who have primary or secondary access to their garage via an LCMA owned and maintained alley who pay an additional Alley Individual Purpose Assessment, assessments will be increasing from $30 per unit per quarter to $50 per unit per quarter. A copy of the proposed budget is attached. This budget will be automatically ratified unless 51% of members (2,079 units) attend the Zoom Webinar and vote to reject the budget. No quorum is required for the Budget Ratification Meeting.
2021 Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting will begin immediately following the Budget Ratification Meeting. The Annual Meeting is held in accordance with the legal documents of the Association. The purpose of this meeting is to elect six (6) Board Members, each to serve a term of two or three (2 or 3) years. The election will be held via electronic ballot. Quorum for the Annual Meeting is 15% of all units or 612 units.
