The Lowry Community Master Association Budget Ratification Meeting and Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, December 1st, 2022, at 6:00 pm.
The meetings are open to LCMA members and will be held in person at the Eisenhower Chapel, 293 Roslyn St., Denver, CO 80230.
Budget Ratification Meeting: The proposed 2023 Operating Budget is based on assessments for the Association remaining the same at $90 per unit per quarter. For those owners who have primary or secondary access to their garage via an LCMA owned and maintained alley who pay an additional Alley Individual Purpose Assessment, assessments will also remain the same at $50 per unit per quarter. A copy of the proposed budget is attached. This budget will be automatically ratified unless 51% of members (2,079 units) attend the Budget Ratification meeting in person or by proxy and vote to reject the budget. No quorum is required for the Budget Ratification Meeting.
2022 Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting will begin immediately following the Budget Ratification Meeting. The Annual Meeting is held in accordance with the legal documents of the Association. The purpose of this meeting is to elect five (5) Board Members, three to serve a term of 3-years, one to serve a term of 2-years, and one to serve a one-year term. The election will be held via secret ballot. Quorum is required to hold the Annual Meeting and is 15% of all units, or 612 units.
