DESCRIPTION:\nThree Board members will be elected at this meeting and the proposed 2018 Operating Budget will be ratified.\n\nIf you are unable to attend the meeting\, you may submit a proxy form\, click here to download.  Submitting your proxy form is important because it helps us meet quorum\, or the minimum number of members needed to elect Board members and ratify the budget at the Annual Meeting. \nWho may vote?  Any LCMA member (Lowry property owner who pays quarterly LCMA dues).  One vote per household. \nThere are three ways to vote: \n1.  Vote on the proxy form itself in Section 2.  You can find out more information on the Board candidates by clickinghere. \n2.  Leave Section 2 of the proxy form blank\, which assigns your vote to the Board Secretary. \n3.  Assign your vote to someone else who you know is attending the Annual Meeting by specifying that person’s name in Section 1 of the form.  Note that if the person you have assigned your vote to does not attend\, your vote will not be counted. \n***In order to verify your vote\, the name and address portion of Section 3 of the proxy form MUST be completed.*** \nProxy forms must be received by Monday\, December 4th at 5 pm (or at the Annual Meeting itself) and can be emailed to jbublitz@msihoa.com or mailed/hand delivered to LCMA\, 7581 E Academy Blvd\, Ste 211\, Denver\, CO 80230. \n
